Description
Dover Harbour Board is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health (OH) service. The provision should support the Port in maintaining a safe, healthy, and compliant working environment for all employees. The supplier must provide proactive, responsive, and high-quality services across occupational health, including pre-employment screening, health surveillance, and drug and alcohol testing. The supplier should act as a partner, working collaboratively with Dover Harbour Board to proactively identify health risks, provide expert advice, and support continuous improvement in employee wellbeing. The service should include robust reporting, clear clinical governance, and full compliance with relevant UK legislation and industry best practice.
