The applicants wishes to purchase 110 - Cisco CW9178I or equivalent APs. The proposals should show installaton as a seperate cost. Installaton, if selected, will consist of a One-for-One swap of existing APs. The applicant has lift available for high areas. . The applicant wishes to purchase Cisco Catalyst C9350-48HX-E or equivalent switches. The proposal should provide pricing for purchase of 6 switches and 12 switches. Installaton and configuraton cost should be shown seperately. . All equipment shall be new and shall include manufacturer warranty (three year). If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will work in the existing network or the proposal will not be considered. . If operating license is required, it should be for 5 years and shall NOT include any additional components such as support or management. . The bid shall clearly show for each item proposed: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part#/SKU; Unit Cost and what percent of the cost is eligible under the E-Rate program rules. . The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal (or provide documentation that a SPIN has been applied for) and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed. . SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. . The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after the 29th day after issuance of the Form 470.
