EXTRA-78739 - USA (Millbrook, New York) - Land Trusts Program Project Consultant Service - Budget - Up to 55,000 USD - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land trusts program project consultant service to the government authority located in Millbrook, NY.• To deliver technical assistance, easement consultation, coaching, and land transaction advice to a agency in support of the agency program.• Contractor will work independently but in close coordination principally with agency program staff, but also in coordination with agency, to build and sustain positive working relationships with a cohort of land trust organizations and state agency officials operating across a diverse, statewide geography and with an array of organizational capacities and ambitions.• Contractor will help the agency prepare for and deliver the annual agency grant round (Fall 2027), including but not limited to creating, refining, editing and preparing related documents for approval, drafting presentations and communications for the land trust community and convening land trust working groups• This will include but is not limited to presenting virtually and in person at agency public events, agency regional roundtables, conference calls, land trust meetings, the New York annual land conservation conference and targeted outreach to potential applicants.• Contractor will be available to applicants to provide limited technical assistance prior to submission to check proposals for eligibility and completeness prior to advancement to the grant review panel• Providing support for land trusts as they conduct project due diligence to ensure that the necessary transaction documentation meets agency requirements;• Reviewing project documentation for completeness and requesting additional documentation as needed(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
