SW-117011 - USA (Maryland) - Enterprise-Class Domain Name System, Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol and IP Address Management Solution - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise–class domain name system, dynamic host configuration protocol and IP address management solution.– Provide an enterprise–class Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and IP Address Management (IPAM) solution to replace the University's existing Infoblox agency platform– Solution that will improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility and control of network resources, strengthen security capabilities, and provide a sustainable platform for future growth.– Provide all necessary implementation, migration, configuration, testing, knowledge transfer, training, documentation, and support services– Provide and Implement the Solution: Supply, install, configure, test, validate, and place into production a DNS, DHCP, and IPAM solution, whether as a single integrated platform or an interoperable modular solution, that satisfies the University's technical, operational, security, scalability, and availability requirements– Systems Integration: Configure and integrate the proposed solution with the University's enterprise systems and infrastructure, including, but not limited to:o SAML–based authentication and Single Sign–On (SSO)o Splunk (Syslog)o API–based DNS orchestrationo Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platformso Enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Nagios)o Public cloud environments, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure– Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training for University personnel, including both system administrators and operational support staff.– Warranty, Maintenance, and Support: Provide warranty, maintenance, and technical support services for the proposed solution throughout the contract term.– Optional Professional Services: Provide optional professional services, on an as–needed basis, including automation development, API design and integration, workflow customization, scripting, and other custom implementation services requested by the University.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026
