(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal district management service to the government authority located in Lexington, NC.– Economic Vitality▪ Support existing businesses▪ Recruit new businesses▪ Support new development opportunities▪ Develop strategies to increase business activity▪ Support the planning and implementation of capital projects– Organization – Planning & Development▪ Work to ensure that all organizational resources (partners, funding, volunteers, etc.) are mobilized to effectively work together▪ Build consensus and cooperation among various groups and individuals that have a stake in the agency district▪ Identify sources of funding for revitalization activities(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026.
