(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in New Orleans, LA– Banking partner capable of supporting the full range of services: – Required services are foundational to agency day–to–day operations; optional services reflect agency broader capital strategy– Depository and Operating Accounts — checking, money market, and other deposit accounts; account structuring across agency programs; sweep and earnings–credit arrangements.– Treasury and Online Banking Services — wire transfer and Automated Clearing House (“ACH“) origination/receipt, positive pay, online treasury management platform, multi–level user administration, and integration support with agency general ledger and reporting tools.– Account Analysis and Statements — monthly statements and account analysis by program/account, with online access and a defined dispute resolution process.– Collateralization of Public Deposits – Cybersecurity and Data Security — fraud mitigation controls, account security measures, and current System and Organization Controls (“SOC“) 1 / SOC 2 (or equivalent) audit reports.– Service Level Standards — defined cutoff times for ACH and wire processing, customer service response times, and a committed implementation timetable.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
