(1) Vendor needs to provide lottery ticket dispensers services to the government authority located in Barre, VT.– Lottery ticket display specifications:– In–counter lottery ticket displays:– Must allow tickets to lay flat.– Must provide 24 & 30 game models.– Must fit counter hole 18–3/4“X 18–3/4 (24 Game).– Must fit counter hole 18–3/4“X 27–3/4 (30 Game).– Must accept current 4“x4“ game cards on display tray.– Must be able to purchase ticket drawers separately.– On–counter lottery ticket displays:– Exterior Dimensions: 5.2” h x 9” w x 11.55” d.– Must be compatible with current D5 dispensers vertical and horizontal attachment points.– Must allow tickets to lay flat.– Must include three finger tear bar.– Must have the ability to use 4”x4” game display cards.– Quantity: as needed (typically 100–200 units annually).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
