BILLING-3251 - USA (Augusta, Georgia) - Fuel Card Services - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fuel card services to the government authority located in Augusta, GA. – To establish and administer a comprehensive Fuel Services Card Program for the City’s fleet and authorized equipment.– Obtain competitive fuel pricing and discounts. – Provide a fuel card for each authorized vehicle, equipment unit, or approved fueling account. – Support a minimum of 1,600 cards with the ability to scale upward. – Reduce unauthorized and fraudulent fuel purchases, identify fuel anomalies, misuse and waste. – Establish transaction–level controls and authorization requirements. – Provide real–time or near–real–time transaction monitoring and alerts. – Improve accountability for fuel purchases by vehicle, equipment, department, and operator. – Provide comprehensive management reporting and analytics. – Provide an online administrative portal for Fleet Management. – Provide a reliable nationwide and/or regional fueling network. – Provide integration capabilities with faster and samsara– Provide strong customer service and dedicated account management.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
