The Rhode Island Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) is seeking quotes from vendors for the removal and disposal of the existing roof assembly and mechanical roof top units, and the installation of a new roof assembly and mechanical roof top units at the Office of State Medical Examiners (OSME). There will be a non-mandatory prebid conference on Thursday July 2, 2026 at 1:00 pm located at 900 Highland Corporate Drive, Building #3 (suite 300) Cumberland, RI 02864.
