MEDI-8198 - USA (Virginia) - Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Medical Dispatch Program Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical services and emergency medical dispatch program services to the government authority located in Virginia.– Review and approve clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, medical policies, standing orders, medication formularies, and documentation standards.– Support preparation for inspections, audits, or regulatory reviews related to EMS medical oversight.– Provide physician oversight of the EMeRG QA/QI program.– Review a defined sample of patient care reports.– Review high–risk, high–liability, or flagged clinical cases.– Identify clinical trends, documentation concerns, protocol compliance issues, system issues, and training needs.– Recommend feedback, remediation, provider coaching, protocol updates, and system improvements.– Which provides 24/7/365 coverage for campus emergency services.– Approximately 10 to 15 dispatchers are Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) qualified and support approximately 600 EMD calls annually.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 26, 2026.
