(1) Vendor needs to provide facility entrance and traffic flow study service to the government authority located in Harbor Springs, MI. – Comprehensive traffic flow and site access study for its recycling and solid waste management facility. – This study is to evaluate current traffic conditions, identify operational inefficiencies, and develop implementable solutions to improve vehicle flow, safety, and customer experience at the facility entrance.– Assess current traffic patterns, volumes, and peak usage periods– Existing conditions evaluation.– Traffic analysis.– Operational analysis– Compact sorted materials into dense, transportable bales.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal site visit will be held on October 16, 2026.
