(1) Vendor needs to provide protected rights and administrative investigation services to the government authority located in Conway, SC.• Agency is seeking experienced and qualified independent investigators, on an as–needed basis, for the purpose of conducting investigations involving protected rights, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accessibility, and other University policy or Code of Conduct violations involving employees, faculty students, applicants, volunteers, and other members of the University community.– Services may include, but are not limited to:• Title IX complaints and allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking.• Employee Protected Rights investigations.• Student Protected Rights investigations.• Allegations of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based upon protected status.• Equal Employment Opportunity complaints.• Hazing investigations.• Hostile conduct investigations• Student code of conduct investigations• Employee relations investigations• Faculty code of conduct investigations• The Investigator shall:a. Interview complainants, respondents, witnesses, and other relevant individuals.b. Review documents, communications, video recordings, electronic records, and other evidence.c. Conduct investigations utilizing trauma–informed and impartial investigative techniques where appropriate.d. Prepare comprehensive draft and final investigative reports.e. Apply the evidentiary standard directed by the University.f. Maintain complete investigative records and evidence files.g. Provide recommendations and findings based upon the evidence collected(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
