(1) Vendor needs to provide hospital patient food services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Provide three meals daily, 365 days per year.– Provide meals in accordance with Hospital–approved meal schedules.– Provide snacks, nourishments, and nutritional supplements as ordered or authorized.– Provide regular, therapeutic, medical, dental, religious, cultural, and other Hospital–approved diets.– Accommodate texture–modified and other clinically required diets.– Accommodate food allergies and documented food intolerances.– Provide approved alternate entrées and meal substitutions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
