(1) Vendor needs to provide executive search service to the government authority located in Silver, NM. – Provide comprehensive executive recruitment and transition services for as needed agency’s Executive Leadership Positions.– Offeror shall provide services that may include:• Pre–Search Assessment: Evaluate the agency's leadership needs, institutional environment, priorities, challenges, and opportunities; conduct appropriate stakeholder engagement; and develop a search strategy and timeline.• Search Committee Support: Assist with search committee formation and provide training regarding roles, responsibilities, confidentiality, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and applicable legal and ethical considerations.• Position Development and Recruitment: Assist in developing the position description and leadership profile; advertise the position; conduct national and regional outreach; and develop a broad and qualified candidate pool.• Screening and Evaluation: Review applications and nominations, conduct preliminary candidate interviews, evaluate candidates against established criteria, and assist the agency in identifying semi–finalists and finalists.• Finalist and Selection Support: Coordinate finalist interviews and campus visits, assist with candidate evaluation, conduct reference and appropriate activities, and advise the search committee, and President throughout the selection process.• Hiring Support: Assist with offer development, negotiations, candidate communications, and completion of the hiring process.• Transition Services: Assist with onboarding and transition planning for the incoming executive and, when appropriate, facilitate the transition from the outgoing executive.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
