Vendor needs to provide certified public manager program administer and accredit services to the government authority located in Montpelier, VT.• Conduct the orientation sessions onsite and attend graduation ceremonies.• Review and evaluation capstone projects.• Identify, engage and schedule qualified faculty to deliver in–person seminar sessions. In limited instances, virtual and hybrid delivery will also be incorporated into the curriculum design.• Communicate seminar schedule and updates as well as expectations regarding attendance and the completion of homework assignments to both participants and faculty.• Use an online evaluation tool to collect feedback from participants after each session for their assessment of the quality of content and materials; the knowledge, presentation skills and responsiveness of faculty; and the overall value of the session as a support to their learning.• Develop interactive presentations, reading lists, group exercises, pre– and post–session homework assignments, and other materials to meet the requirements of the curriculum and its seminar topics.
