EXTRA-71235 - USA (Georgetown, Texas) - Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services - Deadline June 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide arbitrage rebate compliance services to the government authority located in Georgetown, TX. – Provide Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services for all long–term bonds issued by the agency which are subject to the arbitrage requirements of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.– Review the agency’s current list of bond issues with proceeds from Obligations and proceeds of other funds of the agency which, under Treasury Regulations Section 1.148, or any successor regulations thereto, are subject to rebate requirements of Section 148(f)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.– Calculate the bond yields– Calculate the excess investment earnings, if any, required to be related to the Federal Government within the legally permitted time period.– As appropriate, calculate any yield reduction amount on any funds that are yield restricted;– Provide, to the agency, a report identifying the amount of arbitrage;– Assist the agency as necessary in the event of an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) inquiry;– Provide consultation to agency staff as necessary regarding arbitrage matters;– Provide assistance and consultation as necessary to retain records and documentation at least six (6) years after the issue’s final maturity;– Provide documentation certifying arbitrage calculation results are consistent with the 1986– Rebate Provisions, as amended;– Perform rebate calculations and due dates.• Post–Issuance Compliance Support1. Assist with development or review Post–Issuance Compliance Policy.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.
