STAFF-16831 - USA (Utah) - Locum Tenens Staffing Services - Deadline October 5,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide locum tenens services for pharmacist staffing on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Utah.– Pre–screen, and verify the qualifications, licensure, and experience of the professional staff necessary to perform assigned duties prior to the placement;– Provide a basic criminal history background check for all temporary staff at no additional cost– Provide an explanation of skill set screening, training, and testing processes used to evaluate temporary staff for all job categories offered;– Provide a 24–hour, 7–days–per–week emergency contact number for the notification of:(A) failure of assigned staff to report and requests for replacement; and(B) Removal of staff from an assignment due to demonstrated professional incompetence; and– Pharmacist Services. The Contractor shall ensure pharmacist staff perform the following services:(1) prepare medications according to prescriptions written by authorized medical practitioners;(2) provide drug information and consultation to physicians, nurses, patients, and other clinical staff;(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
