(1) Vendor needs to provide transect–oriented, form–based development code services to the government authority located in Cambridge, MD.– Promote the tenants of new urbanism, a planning and development approach that uses many of the same components as conventional development.– Comprehensive plan's future land use map establishes seven districts: downtown, traditional neighborhood, suburban neighborhood, highway, industrial, natural, and special overlay.– Strategy for advertising that promotes community engagement and consistent branding for all signage, emails and the website.– Depict text, photographs, maps, renderings, and other images that add support for the new document and help to explain the project’s process.– GIS mapping and public engagement.– Seven–member steering committee to oversee the drafting of the new code.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 10, 2026.
