(1) Vendor needs to provide concession operations and associated services to the government authority located in Apopka, FL.• Provide a menu that includes a variety of reasonably priced food and beverage options suitable for families, youth athletes, spectators, and park visitors.• The city will provide the concessionaire with event schedules, tournament schedules, blackout dates, and anticipated attendance when available• Provide all staffing necessary to operate concession services efficiently and safely. Staff shall be professional, courteous, properly trained, and appropriately dressed.• The concessionaire shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, permits, approvals, and inspections necessary to operate concession services.• The concessionaire shall comply with all applicable food safety, health, and sanitation standards.• Provide access to available utilities at the concession location, such as electricity and water, if available.• The city reserves the right to review menu pricing to ensure prices are reasonable and appropriate for a public recreation facility.• The concessionaire shall keep the concession area and surrounding customer service area clean during and after operations.• The concessionaire shall provide prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.• The concessionaire acknowledges that recreation programs, games, tournaments, and events may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather, field conditions, emergencies, maintenance, or other City decisions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026 (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
