(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate real estate advisory firm services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Real estate development advisory:– Evaluation of the development opportunity on institution–owned or institution–controlled land.– Assessment of development feasibility, including financial, market, physical, and regulatory considerations.– Preparation and review of development programs, phasing strategies, and site utilization concepts.– Advisory support for public–private partnerships, ground leases, and alternative delivery or financing structures.– Market research and financial analysis:– Assessment of hospitality market demand, occupancy and average daily rate trends, and competitive supply.– Developer solicitation and selection support:– Development and refinement of the solicitation scope, requirements, and evaluation framework, including translation of institutional objectives into a clear and actionable.– Assistance in navigating and managing the overall procurement process in coordination with institutional real estate, procurement, planning, finance, and legal stakeholders.– Proactive market outreach to generate interest and attract qualified hotel developers, operators, and partners with relevant experience and capacity.– Reporting and communication:– Regular status updates on the development initiative and solicitation process.– Comprehensive reporting on development progress and developer solicitation status.– Documentation of solicitation and development activity, approvals, and supporting analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
