ASM-2636 - USA (Greensboro, North Carolina) - Investment Advisor and Management Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor and management services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC– Provide nondiscretionary investment advisor and management services for the city financial and administrative services department.– Manage on a daily basis the County’s separate investment portfolio pursuant to the specific, stated investment objectives.– Work with finance staff to develop a detailed cash flow analysis and projections to ensure that the investment strategy is consistent with cash requirements.– Work with staff and assist in the development of project expenditure schedules for the purpose of developing an investment plan for all capital funds including bond proceeds;– Serve as a general resource to the finance staff for information, advice and training regarding fixed income securities, investments, and Treasury operations;– Provide statements monthly or more frequently as may be required by the County on investment activity, earnings and the value of the investment portfolio.– Provide quarterly investment reports including a description of market conditions, investment strategies employed performance and suggested changes to investment strategy(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
