The West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited now invites online Bids from eligible Bidders for supply of VC/AV & IT setup for Modernization of Seminar Hall with Audio, Control & Installation System, VC and AV setup for 2 nos. Project Offices, AV setup for EETIs Offices and Server, PC, Laptop, Printer and SSD at Vidyut Bhavan. Bidders are advised to note the clauses on eligibility and minimum qualification criteria, to qualify for the award of the contract. Project Office AV setup for EETIs Office Server, PC, Laptop, Printer and SSD at Vidyut Bhavan Location(s) covered Appendix 4 of RFB Tender fee Nil Contract Value (Estimated) INR 2.41 Crores + GST EMD/Bid Security INR 4,82,001.00/- (2% of estimated contract value). Time Schedule: The basic consideration and the essence of the Contract shall be with strict adherence to the time schedule specified in the bidding document and incorporated in the contract for execution of entire work. Date of Notification of Award (NoA) shall be considered as zero date. Successful bidder shall submit their installation plan after placement of NoA. Sl. Within 45 days from zero day 2 Installation and commissioning with full functionality and operational mode of all equipment as mention in the Technical Specification and item wise BOQ. Within 90 days from zero date. 3 Job Completion of the entire system After implementation of the entire system as per sl. no. 2 and smooth running of the entire system for further 1 week except site not ready case(s) – Issuance of Job Completion Certificate by Controlling Officer. The date will be treated as the final completion date of the entire system. 4 3 years of Warranty period 3 years of Warranty period will be started after final Job Completion date as per sl. no. 3
