(1) Vendor needs to provide implementation coaches services to the government authority located in Cincinnati, OH.– Consultant will work collaboratively with district staff to strengthen the teacher's ability to effectively use data tools to support informed decision–making. – Services will include conducting field observations, co–teacher, teaching model, professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance on the effective use of district data tools; evaluating the district's current data systems, processes; and providing practical actionable recommendations to improve the functionality, efficiency, and usability of those tools.– The consultant will model identified current teaching strategies that are aligned to the data.– To assist with reducing the time staff spend collecting, analysing, and interpreting data while increasing the quality, consistency, and accessibility of actionable information.– Data management and analysis:– Regularly analyze student performance metrics to identify trends, achievement gaps, and areas for intervention.– Assist teachers in organizing classroom data into accessible, actionable formats.– Facilitate collaborative sessions to translate data findings into concrete instructional adjustments.– Instructional planning:– Support the creation and refinement of instructional calendars to ensure all standards are addressed within the academic year.– Demonstrate high–leverage instructional strategies and data–meeting facilitation to build teacher capacity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
