EXTRA-76575 - USA (Stanton, California) - Facility Assessment Report Services - Deadline October 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide facility assessment report services to the government authority located in Stanton, CA. – The project manager will be the point of contact for all communications and will be entirely responsible for the consultant’s work. – Provide a detailed schedule identifying the anticipated timing of data collection, staff interviews, site inspections, project meetings, draft report preparation, review, presentations, and final report completion.– The consultant shall interview all relevant staff members to collect data to ascertain any prominent issues regarding the facility.– The consultant shall also review available documentation such as floor plans, as–builts, maintenance logs, and historical repair data that is necessary to complete the assessment.– The consultant shall assign a project manager for the facility assessment.– Data collection and facility assessment planning.– On–site facility assessment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 08, 2026.(3) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on October 07, 2026.
