FIRE-1923 - USA (Ontario, California) - Campus Wide Fire Alarm Replacement System - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide campus wide fire alarm replacement system to the fire sprinklers; however, some buildings may require modification to the sprinkler system to allow monitoring by the fire alarm system to the government authority located in Ontario, CA.– The fire alarm work includes but is limited to: reviewing existing fire alarm systems, designing updated systems, obtaining permits, replacing all existing fire alarm panels, replacing all conductors, replacing detectors and notification devices in existing locations, adding devices and conductors where required by code or project description, adding conduit, and patching and painting of existing walls and ceilings where necessary.– The centralized monitoring system must:• Monitor all campus fire alarm systems described in the previous section• Include all network hardware, software, servers, gateways, and interfaces necessary for a complete operational system• Provide reporting and event history capabilities• Maintain operation during communication failures in accordance with NFPA 72 requirements(2) A Non–Mandatory Pre–Bid Meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
