(1) Vendor needs to provide master plan services to the government authority located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.• Project Management and Coordination:• Engage regularly with township staff, planning commission, and board of trustees.• Facilitate joint study sessions throughout the master planning process engaging with various stakeholders.• Data Collection & Analysis:• Review and analyze demographic, economic, housing, land use, transportation, environmental, and infrastructure data.• Evaluate existing township plans, zoning ordinances, and relevant regional or state plans, with attention to the township’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan.• Community & Stakeholder Engagement:Utilize a mix of engagement tools, which may include public workshops, open houses, focus groups, surveys, stakeholder interviews, pop–up events, and digital engagement platforms.• Facilitate discussions for future visioning, including shared values, priorities, and desired conditions.• Plan Development & Implementation Strategy:• Provide a Future Land use plan and supportive mapping.• Integrate stormwater management and environmental sustainability into land use and infrastructure policies.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
