(1) Vendor needs to provide scanning and maintenance software services. – High–Volume Digitization & Image Capture:• Must be able to scan multiple file formats, including, but notlimited to, PDF files.• Must recognize bar code and translate into a specific documenttype ID, based on specific document code designation.– Process Automation • The software must enforce two different operators to performthe workflow. – Security and Access • Control access to the scanning software using Microsoft ActiveDirectory group. • Files must be protected using appropriate security controls at theComprehensive Pension Management System (CPMS) stage.– Data Integration • Communicate with Vitech V10 in REST API to retrieve members’information.• Interface with Vitech V10 import API skipping meta–data filesgeneration.– Maintenance and Software Assurance: Maintain software up–to–date to ensure efficient workflow, including security updates. – Artificial Intelligence (Optional): AI features to recognize document types even without barcode, Correspondence In, Correspondence Out, Power of Attorney (POA), legal documents, forms, etc., and automatically index documents based on document type. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
