CLEANING-13637 - USA (Boise, Idaho) - Janitorial Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. •All surfaces to include, but not limited to floors, toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, fixtures, and waste receptacles shall be cleaned, mopped, wiped down, swept and/or vacuumed, scrubbed, and disinfected.• All restroom products shall be stocked at all times. Toilet bowls and urinals shall be free streaks, scale, scum, mineral deposits, and rust stains.• All flooring shall be deep cleaned, swept and/or vacuumed, mopped, and scrubbed above and beyond the daily cleanings to ensure an absence of soap scum, mold, or any other contaminant.• Glass, metal framework, push–bars. All horizontal and vertical surfaces and plants that are readily available shall be free of dust, dirt or debris.• All floors and elevator tracks shall be swept and/or vacuumed, cleaned, mopped, scrubbed without damage or scratches to the flooring. All outside entrance doors shall be clean to include.• Entrance and hallway doors shall be clean to include, but not limited to: glass, metal framework, push–bars. All flooring shall be vacuumed and/or swept and remain free of spots and stains, and other debris.• Vacuum entrance drop–in mats or walk–off mats to remove all dust, dirt, or other soils.• All interior waste receptacles shall be emptied ensuring flooring remains free of debris. All garbage, debris, and waste removed from the interior receptacles shall be disposed of in the Government–furnished dumpster.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
