Activation & Transition Services – MUSC Health Columbia NE OB Unit Expansion Phase 2

MUHA is seeking qualifications from experienced healthcare consulting firms to provide Activation & Transition Services for the MUSC Health Columbia NE OB Unit Expansion – Phase 2 (MUHA Project #243003). Services will support operational readiness, activation planning, move management, staff and patient transition planning, training coordination, and go-live support for the renovation and expansion of the Labor & Delivery Department and Special Care Nursery.
