(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Agoura Hills, CA. – Provide construction management services from qualified engineering/construction management firms for the road corridor project (Phase I). – The road corridor accommodates approximately 30,000 to 40,000 average daily trips, serving residents, commuters, and visitors throughout agency.• Pre–construction phase services:– Constructability review– Kick–off and pre–bid meetings– Review contract documents– Contract administration– Submittal processing– Bid management– Pre–construction conference– Public outreach• Construction phase services:– Coordination of contract execution– Progress pay estimate– Submittal management– Change order management– Construction observation/inspection– QA/materials testing– Traffic and signal– Reporting and Record Keeping• Post–construction phase services:– Final inspection and punch list– As–built drawings– Project closeout(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
