(1) Vendor needs to provide timing and event services for the Parks and recreation department annual 5k butterfly run that can also offer ancillary event needs including sound equipment, course management, fencing, and more.• Timing system with disposable timing tag for all participants.• Start line set–up: Start line timing mat; large start line flag, portable PA system, and truss system start line.• Finish line set up: metal fencing for finish line chute area, time clock and timing mat, and decorative banners.• Course set–up including cones and directional signage• Place race information on the timing company’s website as well as the race course map.• Provide photography services at no cost to the city.• Photographer to take starting line shots and action shots of runners crossing the finish line.• All photos shall be posted online after the event on the timing company’s website. Photos will be available for purchase by runners.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
