(1) Vendor needs to provide school based mental health grant services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.a) Telemental health:i. School(s) within the division receiving servicesii. Types of services provided by the mental health provideriii. Assurance that services provided by the selected mental health provider, if appropriate, include early intervention or prevention mental health and/or substance use services.iv. Assurance that services provided by the selected mental provider are evidence based and/or informed practices (EBPs) for students and family (when relevant).v. Privacy Policies surrounding medical data and patient confidentiality for mental health services Payment/Billing (telemental health)b) In–Person: Applicants shall confirm that the contractual agreement between the Contractor and the mental health provider or one initiated at time of award, at a minimum, describes:i. How funds would be used to expand/enhance any current efforts within your school district through services provided by the public/private community partner.ii. The integration of any mental health or substance use disorder screening, assessment, or interventions with other existing school–based programsc) Supervise grant activities not limited to the direct provision of clinical mental health services by contracted providers(2) An optional pre–application teleconference will be held on August 27, 2026.
