(1) Vendor needs to provide moving company services to the government authority located in Durango, CO.– Moving companies to provide professional move planning, packing support, relocation, placement, and related services for City–owned furniture, equipment, materials, records, supplies, and other items associated.– Provide all labor, supervision, equipment, vehicles, materials, and coordination necessary to complete the move in an efficient, organized, and professional manner while minimizingdisruption to city operations.– Moving and packing:– Furnish all necessary materials, labor, equipment, vehicles, and tools required to perform themove, including boxes, crates, labels, closed trucks, vans, drivers, helpers, carts, dollies,moving blankets, tape, bubble wrap, and other related supplies.– Provide all loading, unloading, transporting, placing, and moving services required forfurniture, boxed contents, records, equipment, supplies, artwork, appliances, and other city owneditems designated for relocation.– Provide and install protective coverings for floors, walls, doors, elevators, corridors, corners,and other areas as necessary to prevent damage to both existing and new facilities.– Furniture, equipment, and contents relocation.– Unpacking and placement.– Facility protection and damage prevention.– Schedule and phasing.– Staffing, supervision, and equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
