(1) Vendor needs to provide holiday market manager services.– Manager will coordinate all operational aspects of the event, including vendor placement, eventlogistics, on–site administration, and conflict resolution. – Responsibilities also include managing marketing and social media promotion, as well as guiding vendor relations and preparations leading up to and throughout the market’s duration.– Holiday market manager agreement is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational administration of the holiday market.– Vendor administration, placement, and conflict resolution:– Act as the single, exclusive point of contact for all market vendors beginning upon contract execution.– Social media marketing and PR:– Take primary responsibility for creating regular, high–impact social media content to promote the market, its specific vendors, and localized events.– All social media assets must be submitted to the city in a timely manner for review and cross–posting over official city channels.– Visitor experience and entertainment:– Serve as the central point person for all live entertainment, performances, and public programming– Health, safety, and compliance:– Maintain and verify copies of all required documentation, permits, and health certificates for participating food and beverage vendors.– Data collection and reporting:– Track and maintain records of volunteer hours, estimate daily visitor numbers, evaluate overall vendor performance, collect stakeholder feedback, and provide a comprehensive final summary report to the city.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) Site walkthrough will be held on July 22, 2026.
