(1) Vendor needs to provide professional planning, analysis, and facilitation services addressing both the short‑ and long‑term needs of its public safety radio communications and interoperability systems to the government authority located in Dane, WI.– Two‑way radio infrastructure and equipment, including base stations, mobile and portable radios, pagers, and fixed receiver sites used by City, Town, Village, County, State, and University public‑serving agencies operating within County.– Communications backbone infrastructure, such as microwave systems, fiber networks, or other transport technologies supporting radio and data connectivity.– New or upgraded radio support facilities, including towers, associated buildings/shelters, and backup power systems.– Voice and digital paging systems used by emergency and non‑emergency service providers.– Fire and EMS station alerting infrastructure, including hardware and software used for automatic station notification and activation. – Hospital and emergency medical communications interfaces, including any systems, patching capabilities, or technologies required to support reliable inter‑communications among hospitals, EMS providers, and related medical partners(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
