Vendor needs to provide custodial service to the government authority located in NJ. – Contractor shall maintain the interior cleanliness of all specified areas within these buildings, including dormitory rooms, common areas, restrooms, administrative offices, and ancillary spaces in accordance with the standards set forth in this document.– Contractor shall perform all required floor maintenance on non–carpeted surfaces including sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping, buffing, and waxing.– All baseboards, corners, and floor edges shall be cleaned as part of this service.– After sweeping, floors must be entirely free of dust and litter.– After mopping or buffing, the entire floor surface shall have a uniform appearance, with no remaining streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue, or other foreign matter.
