(1) Vendor needs to provide cashiering system.– Provide a modern, secure, highly integrated Point of Sale (POS) / Cashiering System capable of serving a diverse set of departmental operations, replacing the County’s legacy cashiering solution.– Comprehensive, secure, scalable, supportable, and fully integrated POS/cashiering platform.– Data migration planning of data from 2008–present historical records.– Functionality validation.– Software updates schedules.– Automated Development Operations and Disaster Recovery.– Cash drawer control & audit logs.– Receipt customization per department. – Ability to utilize multiple tax levels/rates on purchases.– User ability to create and run adhoc data queries.– Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)/Single Sign On (SSO).– Workstation update orchestration.– API access to reporting data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
