Vendor needs to provide serial subscription services. – Services shall include subscription ordering and renewal, access to a web–based serials management system, account and financial management, invoicing and publisher payments, reporting, electronic journal access support, claims processing, cancellations, credits, refunds, customer support, training, and coordination with publishers.– Order, renew, maintain, and manage subscriptions.– Provide web–based access to the Contractor’s online serials management system and other services.– Provide invoices, ensure timely and accurate payment of publishers and reimbursement of agency and financial account management.– Facilitate timely access to, and claim delivery of ordered subscriptions, both print and electronic.
