(1) Vendor needs to provide ground lease services for a lease of approximately three acres of vacant land to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. – Managing the day–to–day operation of the developed area on the Premises.– Pay all utility costs including installation of telephone, internet, solid waste, metered electrical, gas, water and sewer.– Contractor must develop a plan to promote the developed Premises use and activities.– Provide market feasibility study substantiating proposed uses.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 08, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for ten years.
