(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft azure services. • Deployment of a SaaS based CRM (Client Relationship Management System) and Client Facing Portal; integration into the EI Network and Data Migration• The CRM will be the new system of record for all the information regarding Enterprise Ireland’s client companies and its engagement with them by providing a 360 view of our client’s data.• The Client Portal will be a single digital “front door” for all services that are provided by Enterprise Ireland to its client companies.• Monitoring of Azure Service availability and performance• Design of core integration architecture patterns, including API–led, event–driven, hybrid and batch integration approaches • Tracking of Azure Services costs, including forecasting and cost optimization• Application Development & Integration• Data & AI• Azure platform architecture and governance• Design of CI/CD, Infrastructure–as–Code and environment management standards for integration services
