(1) Vendor needs to provide strengthening communities database solution. – Provide off–the–shelf, secure database to manage its strengthening communities program.– This database should serve as a central communication hub between community preparedness staff and community coalitions or networks in the strengthening communities program.– Interactive mapping tool (Google Maps preferred) to define and display network boundaries.– Ability to specify populations served (e.g., older adults, non–English speakers, people with disabilities).– Automated notifications when networks upload content or make updates.– Messaging to individual or all networks.– Available for API integration with Google, Microsoft or others as needed for activation reporting.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
