RFB: Signage for Tribal Records Center

Bids will be received at the Chickasaw Nation Construction Services Offices, via email only, to LeaAnn.Crabtree@chickasaw.net until no later than 3:00 p.m., Monday, August 3, 2026, for the following: Wayfinding Signage for Tribal Records Center Ada, OK For all questions and project information please contact Mark.Weaver@chickasaw.net, or 580-235-2948. Please see attached RFB and Site Plan. SCOPE OF WORK: Furnish and install wayfinding signage at the Tribal Records Center project in accordance with the contract documents. Signage to include a concrete base with a minimum of 3,000 psi concrete mix design. Bidder shall submit final drawings and/or renderings for approval by the Chickasaw Nation prior to manufacturing. Bidder shall be responsible for all equipment and utility locates prior to any excavation (if necessary) while onsite.
