(1) Vendor needs to provide cleaning services to the government authority located in Ames, IA.• Required Weekly Cleaning Schedule:– Full facility cleaning: Two (2) times per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays– Option 1: Partial facility cleaning: One (1) time per week on Fridays– Option 2: Partial Facility cleaning: Three (3) times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday– During each scheduled full cleaning service, the contractor shall:• Empty all trash receptacles and shredder bins; dispose of waste in designated dumpster(s).• Clean and polish all entry door glass (three entry doors).• Clean and disinfect light switches and doorknobs at least once per week.• Clean, disinfect, and polish drinking fountains.– Break Room / Kitchen (1) Concrete Floors During scheduled service visits, the contractor shall:• Clean microwave interiors and exteriors.• Clean and sanitize kitchen sink, countertops, and tables.• Wipe chairs as needed.• Clean tops and fron(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
