(1) Vendor needs to provide peer recovery services and electronic health record systems.• Medicaid–Aligned Workflow Engineering ○ Analyze current peer operations and build standalone workflows that meet Medicaid criteria for reimbursement. ○ Design structural workflows that offload non–clinical paperwork from clinical staff to reduce Same Day Access (SDA) wait times.• Policy & Documentation Development ○ Draft required standard operating procedures, organizational policies, and forms necessary for formal reimbursement. ○ Ensure all developed materials preserve peer role integrity and strictly omit trauma–inducing, clinical expectations.• EHR Platform Optimization ○ Lead a peer–informed system redesign of the agency’s electronic health record (EHR) platform, cantering the priorities of peer recovery specialists and family support staff in the design process. ○ Build and integrate trauma–informed peer documentation templates into the active EHR record.• Outcome Metric Tracking Integration ○ Formulate and establish recovery–oriented outcome measurement tools directly within standard EHR fields to obtain data from daily documentation.• Workforce Integration Support ○ Develop specific workforce tools and tracking mechanisms to transition peer workforce, including peer recovery specialists and a family support coordinator role, into the newly created workflows.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
