Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide airport environmental services on an as needed, on–call basis to the government authority located in Wichita, KS.– Review of geologic, hydrologic and physiographic data.– Provide opinion on significance of any recognized environmental condition secured by listings.– Visual inspection of the subject and surrounding properties for indications of potential environmental concerns (surface spills, stressed vegetation, soil discoloration, etc.)– Labelled color photographs (no smaller than 5 in. x 7 in.) for proper documentation of the site inspection– SOIL SAMPLINGWhen soil sampling is required, a continuous soil sample will be collected in an acetate liner (utilizing direct push technology and /or drilling methodologies) from 0 to 4 and/or 4 to 8 feet below ground surface).– FIELD ANALYSESField analyses will be conducted by utilizing heated headspace methodologies with a hand held photoionization detector.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
