(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Kennesaw, GA.         – Replacement and upgrading of interior finishes, lighting, ceilings, flooring, accessibility improvements, minor reconfiguration of spaces, selective demolition, and evaluation and replacement or modification of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems as required to support the renovated spaces.– The CM and GC will be required to participate in the design process providing design review services.– Providing construction management at risk services(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 04, 2026
