BANKING-9490 - USA (Ashland, Missouri) - Banking Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services to the government authority located in Ashland, MO. – City banking services will include the City’s General Account, Main Account, Police Evidence Account, and any additional accounts established.– Provide banking/depository services for the City’s General Account, Main Account, Police Evidence Account, and other banking services.– The city currently utilizes Technologies Accounting Software for operations including Accounting, Utility Billing and Payroll.– The City currently manages most aspects of its banking services online.– Interest Rate Earnings: Interest will be earned on available balances and credited at least monthly.– Account Fee Analysis: Contractor shall use the last banking business day of each month as the cut–off date for statement purposes for the City’s accounts.– Online Access: The contractor shall provide the City secure online Internet access.– Account Reconciliation: Account reconciliation is required monthly.– Deposits– Wire Transfers– ACH Transfers(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
