(1) Vendor needs to provide mortality resources and services to the government authority located in Austin, Texas.• Providing mortality services and resources to be used during an emergency event or disaster• The required services to be provided are management oversight and preparedness and response activities related to mass fatality management to include maintenance and deployment.• Maintain proper and secure long–term storage for the equipment and supplies. – The storage site must be able to accommodate and house all four (4) of the agency mortuary trailers that are each thirty–two (32) feet long in a covered, well–lit, and secured (locked) fenced in area(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026
