ANIM-9314 - USA (Colorado) - Public Art Repair, Maintenance, and Restoration Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public art repair, maintenance, and restoration services.– Conduct initial site assessments, document the condition of the artwork, and secure the site to reduce risk to the public.– Replacement or refabrication of artwork elements or components if applicable.– Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and insurance compliance for projects.       – Perform upgrades to time–based media and lighting as applicable.– Art conservation and restoration.– Artwork fabrication.– Condition assessments and collection care.– Electrical programming, lighting repairs and or neon repairs.• Artwork categories they are qualified to service including:• Painting.• Murals.• Photography.• Ceramic.• Sculpture.• Textile and Fiber.• Large–scale sculptural installation.• Digital or Time–based artworks.• Mosaic.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for four years.           (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 21, 2026.
