ESTATE-12046 - USA (Wailuku, Hawaii) - Real Estate Appraisal Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate appraisal services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI. – Provide real estate appraisal services for the proposed street extension project under the program portfolio.– Professional real property appraisal services to support the determination of just compensation for property interests that may be required for project implementation.– Services include the preparation of narrative appraisal reports, valuation analyses, appraisal updates, appraisal review support, and related services necessary to facilitate right–of–way acquisition activities.– Appraisal assignment shall include analysis of full acquisitions and partial acquisitions, including parcels that may be bisected by the proposed right–of–way, with appropriate application of before–and–after valuation methodologies.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 8, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
